The fat and carbohydrate content are both less than 1 gram. This is why we see such a low-fat product and a lot of protein. The vitamin and mineral content is still not great, but there’s only so much room in 30 grams!

While Platinum Hydrowhey had about 86% protein, ON’s “Gold Standard” whey was just 80%. As a result, this is not an effective dietary protein supplement – especially when compared to options without whey.
